Even in this struggling economy, the enticing promise of luxury goods apparently has yet to lose its appeal. Local high-end retailers plan to tempt Italian ladies (and their husbands) with dramatically reduced prices. Luxe boutique, Tender, now offers Chrissie Morris shoes (originally $1,595) for only $795. Nowa dat woulda be verry niice -a!
